Field Service Is Just Around The Corner

Our 60 Field Technicians, with fully stocked vans, are based throughout Northeast Ohio. In addition to our Central Facility in Macedonia, we have two fully-stocked Parts Distribution Centers in Canton and Youngstown for the support of our Field Technicians. This gives OMS the ability to be at your facility in less than 2 hours to handle any emergency breakdown!

OMS is the first and only dealer to equip all of our service trucks with a Global Positioning System. This allows our 3 dispatchers to instantly locate and direct our nearest Field Technician to your facility, using the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrival.
